    Rice is not only a staple food but also a powerful ingredient in skincare. Thanks to its hydrating and nourishing properties, rice is perfect for creating homemade masks and beauty treatments. Here are a few rice-based recipes that will help you achieve healthy and glowing skin.

    1. Rice Water for Hydration

    Rice water is an excellent toner for the skin, providing hydration and soothing effects.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 tablespoons of rice
    • 1 cup of water
